Responsibilities

• Design and contract administration of civil systems for water and/or wastewater and drainage conveyance and storm water management facilities, road reconstruction, and coordination of electrical and landscaping design services.
• Prepare documentation for design projects and reports.
• Prepare project specifications and contract documents.
• Perform constructability reviews.
• Lead construction contract administration, including staffing management and coordination; assist with construction inspections; manage client communication and proposals; coordinate approvals with regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of land development design services for subdivisions and site plans is an asset.
