Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Experience as electrician or carpenter is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow building codes.
• Able to work with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry and building envelope repairs
• Develop and Maintain Maintenance Plans
• Communicate with Contractors
• Follow Honeywell Safety protocols
• Know and Able to meet building Code requirements
• Assisting in Managing lifecycle design and deployments
• Budget/schedule responsibility
• Track meetings and provide required reporting
• Respond to E-mails
• Provide solutions with creative thinking
• Willing to be on call and work after hours upon request
• Previous technical/installation experience in building automation
• Previous technical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
• Strong knowledge, Building operations and codes
• Good written and oral communication
• Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
• Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
