Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in housekeeping, food preparation, meal service, and dishwashing. The role involves cleaning residents' rooms and common areas, assisting with food prep and serving meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness while following health and safety guidelines.

English communication is essential, with certification in Food Handling required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care environment is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs and tables, serving meals, delivering trays, and dishwashing.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report injuries or hazards to supervisor.
