Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our care facility. You will perform housekeeping, assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of dining areas, serve meals, deliver trays, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Candidates must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate, have healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Healthcare or long-term care setting experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management.
