You will champion asset lifecycle management, partner on strategic initiatives including M&A integrations, and drive sustainable IT operations in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business and IT support experience in enterprises.
• Proven ability to maintain focus, prioritize tasks, and guide a team effectively during high-stress outages or peak demand periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across cultural and regional boundaries.
• Experience participating in IT projects driven by business needs.
• Proven track record managing IT operations, service desks, or desktop support across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support delivery between the Toronto and Markham offices for 700+ desks.
• Lead the IT Support team and mentor staff for high-demand periods.
• Act as primary liaison for business units and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with global IT leads to standardize workflows and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage asset lifecycle, procurement, and sustainability across sites.
• Oversee ServiceNow ticketing lifecycle, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Manage hardware imaging, deployment, and ongoing support for Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
