Job summary

KingSett Capital Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support the Multifamily Mortgages team.

You will underwrite and fund apartment construction loans, term loans, first and second mortgages, and bridge loans while collaborating with senior leaders to build a best-in-class platform. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate business degree, and strong analytical, risk, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian multifamily housing market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Superior analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete funding checklists and loan advance statements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Actively manage renewals/amendments on the portfolio.
• Review client information packages, underwrite prudently and present to KingSett Credit Committee and CMHC for approval.
• Ensure all loans conform to KingSett and CMHC policies and procedures.
• Take a customer-centric approach to client management and foster long-lasting relationships.
