Firehouse Subs is seeking a dedicated Multi-Unit Leader to oversee up to six restaurants, delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving sales growth and profitability. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years multi-unit leadership experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between restaurants.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

  • Analyze guest feedback trends.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Multi-Unit Leader to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced food service environment.

The Multi-Unit Leader provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for up to six Firehouse Subs restaurants. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing Restaurant Leaders, and delivering exceptional financial performance across the market.

The Multi-Unit Leader ensures every restaurant consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences while achieving company objectives for sales growth, profitability, operational compliance, food safety, and team development.

This position serves as the primary coach, mentor, and business partner for Restaurant Leaders while supporting franchise ownership in executing long-term business strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Multi-Unit Leadership
  • Lead and coach Restaurant Leaders across multiple restaurants.
