Job summary

Greyspring is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Technical Services to oversee maintenance operations for multi-residential properties in Montreal. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of maintenance activities, developing operational guidelines, and leading site teams.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in building maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and is bilingual in French and English. This role involves ensuring compliance with building regulations and managing service contracts effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial building maintenance.
• Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple residential properties.
• Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures across the portfolio.
• Lead, train, and support concierges, maintenance technicians, and other site staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire safety regulations, and RBQ requirements.
• Oversee maintenance-related service contracts including HVAC, elevators, fire systems, and more.
