Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost tracking.
• Build and manage construction schedules while coordinating trades.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements and negotiations.
• Ensure construction meets quality standards and regulations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of building components.
• Lead project close-out and post-construction reviews.
