Job summary

PMI-SAC is assisting in recruiting a Construction Project Manager in Calgary to lead multimillion-dollar ICI projects for a tier 1 general contractor. The role demands strong leadership, robust cost control, and stay on budget while delivering scope on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with a general contractor in Canada.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar Institutional, Commercial, or Industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor expenses, track costs, and enforce budget adherence; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain schedules with milestones and critical path; adjust as needed for delays.
