Job summary

Belron Canada, the home office of Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d’auto and Vanfax, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to lead national and local campaigns across TV, radio, digital, social, and photoshoots from planning through launch.

You will coordinate production, manage timelines and budgets, ensure quality, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience coordinating marketing projects and multi-channel advertising production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• A college diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered.
• Brand management experience on client or agency side is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English across Canada.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-project management skills.
• Autonomy and collaborative mindset; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Management team in delivering advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate all stages of campaign production, from planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate advertising productions across TV, radio, digital, photoshoots and other content.
• Act as a key contact for agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Track timelines, budgets, deliverables and project priorities.
• Help ensure the quality and consistency of marketing deliverables.
• Support the optimization of brand tools and management of digital assets.
• Foster effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
