Job summary

Belron Canada, the home of Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d’auto and Vanfax, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Brand Management team in Montreal. You will drive national and local campaigns across TV, radio, digital, social media, and photoshoots, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top quality.

• 6+ years of experience coordinating marketing projects and multi-channel advertising production.
• Brand management experience on the client or agency side is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Creativity, resourcefulness and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Management team in delivering advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate all stages of campaign production, from planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate advertising productions, including TV, radio, digital, photoshoots and other content.
• Act as a key point of contact for agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Track timelines, budgets, deliverables and project priorities.
• Help ensure the quality and consistency of marketing deliverables.
• Support the optimization of brand tools and management of digital assets.
• Foster effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
