Position Overview

We are looking for a Multi Carpenter to join our team in Winchester.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Responding to and completing repairs as directed, working as a mobile operative and engineer.
• Carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and related activities within domestic and other properties.
• Performing general carpentry duties and utilizing secondary/multi trades and analytical skills to diagnose faults and implement remedies on first visit.
• Ensuring maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, working alone or within a team, within deadlines.
• Providing out of hours service on a rota or other basis, as required.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Multi Trader role; experience in social housing is a bonus.
