Job summary

Qualifications

• CMRTO Registration for MRI is required.
• CAMRT Registration is required.
• Recent MRI technologist experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with clinical MRI exams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Focus on patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiology residents and fellows within the division as required.
• Perform MRI examinations (Clinical and Research) following policy.
• Coordinate daily work schedule, prioritize emergency and add-on cases.
• Deliver quality patient care, including IV insertion with contrast as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation according to departmental policy.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and students.
