Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Seasonal Patroller to help ensure guest safety across slopes and activity areas. You will monitor trail conditions, participate in incident investigations, and provide first aid when needed, while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment readiness, reporting hazards, and assisting in rescues or safety operations as required.

Qualifications

• Must have First Responder level First Aid or equivalent certifications, with HCP-CPR.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing safety of guests by monitoring trail conditions and maintaining a safe environment.
• Assist in incident investigations, documentation, and first aid calls including fatalities.
• Provide high level of customer service and support to guests and staff during operating hours.
• Maintain safety of hills/trails/activities and ensure equipment is ready for use.
