Responsibilities

• Provide superior responsive service to client requests via fax, e-mail or phone.

• Know referral sources and mortgage process to enable solutions and resolutions.
• Keep skills and knowledge up to date with internal resources RBCnet and sites.
• Manage Mortgage Specialist's calendar and communications to create capacity for required activities.
• Prepare materials for presentations and marketing initiatives.
