Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts referral and origination sources to lead discussions about home financing solutions.
• Develops and executes marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
• Guides customers through mortgage application and processing activities.
• Partners with branch teams to hand off customers and refer non-mortgage needs.
• Resolves issues to meet customer expectations and ensures timely funds.
• Analyzes data and provides insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
