Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal lending and mortgage products and services.
• Verbal & written communication skills - Good.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a referral network to build a pipeline of new mortgage business.
• Identifies sales opportunities and refers to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and responds to queries to identify client needs for banking products and refer to appropriate BMO partners.
• Monitors and coordinates documentation for home financing applications to ensure timely processing.
• Analyzes data and prepares regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
