Qualifications

• 2–3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Knowledge of contact centre operations and policies.
• Knowledge of call centre technology, processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drives the sales process for mortgage renewal with inbound/outbound contacts.
• Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups.
• Negotiates home financing pricing.
• Probes to understand customer needs related to mortgage renewal and financing options.
• Handles customer contacts in an informed, professional, and efficient manner.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on objectives.
• Escalates complex situations to managers as required.
