Job summary

Lendmax Inc. seeks a dynamic referrals specialist to grow our network of realtors, builders and financial professionals in Alberta. You will identify, approach and develop high-potential partners, turn referrals into mortgage files, and represent the company at industry events.

You will run meetings, present Lendmax offerings, track activity in the CRM and report results weekly. A proven ability to build relationships and meet targets is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, banking or call-centre environments.
• Licensed in your province or willingness to become licensed (FSRA Ontario, RECA Alberta, or BCFSA BC).
• Proven track record of prospecting and building relationships that generate business.
• Polished, confident communication in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working to targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop referral partners: realtors, builders, accountants, financial planners and lawyers.
• Run regular meetings, presentations and lunch-and-learns to keep Lendmax top of mind.
• Introduce clients to the mortgage team and follow referrals through to outcomes.
• Represent Lendmax at industry events and in your local market.
• Track pipeline, activity and results in the CRM and report weekly.
• Provide market feedback to the team on partner needs and competitor offerings.
• Work within the brokerage's compliance, privacy and marketing policies.
