Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years of mortgage industry experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to travel throughout the territory.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a pay-for-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for mortgage broker satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Identify and engage potential clients aligned with Alta West Capital products.
• Visit broker partners across the assigned territory to strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain broker relationships.
