The HR Pro in Edmonton is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist & Administrator to manage mortgage files from conditional approval through to funding. This role blends administration with mortgage operations, requiring meticulous document tracking, deadlines, and clear communication with lenders, lawyers, and partners.

You will prepare signing packages, upload documents to Finmo, update Blu and other systems, and assist with compliance tasks.

• Assist with managing mortgage files from conditional approval through funding.
• Prepare and send signing packages and ensure documents are completed and returned.
• Update application details to reflect signed documents and current information.
• Upload OTPs, MLS documents, and other required documentation to Finmo.
• Update and tag files in BluMortgage and move files through stages.
• Monitor outstanding conditions and deadlines, following up as needed.
• Communicate with lenders, lawyers, and partners throughout the fulfillment process.
