Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Agent. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, understanding and explaining various mortgage products, and assisting clients with securing the best mortgage rates and terms available. Daily tasks will include client consultations, mortgage marketing, maintaining knowledge of industry trends, and building strong relationships with lenders and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgage Servicing
• Knowledge of various mortgage products and services
• Proficient in Mortgage Marketing and client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant licensing and certifications in the mortgage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
