Job Summary

As a Mortgage Agent, you have two areas of your business, one being a self-sourced agent, which means you can get referrals from your networks and COIs. The second is being part of our lead program. You will receive leads from various company partners and online lead gen using a modern loan origination platform that minimizes document management.

You can also buy leads from us anytime to help fill gaps in your business.

Responsibilities

• Coontact clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Own and build a business with the support of our team
• Focus on originating a client, completing an application, ensuring a client qualifies for a program from our online step-by-step process, and submitting to our team of underwriters for review and approval.
• Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing training.
