We are looking for a Workplace System Analyst to join our client's team, an international bank based in Montreal.

Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects and application integration activities related to cloud-based workplace environments. Acting as a technical expert, they will support the deployment and evolution of key Microsoft solutions, from Windows 10/11 to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.

This position is ideal for a systems administrator with strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and cloud workplace tooling, who can drive both operational tasks and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead technical projects across multiple domains: needs analysis, feasibility studies, deployment, and continuous improvement
2. Manage application integration and remediation efforts
3. Drive evolution projects of cloud-based workplace infrastructure (Windows, Office 365, SCCM, Intune, etc.)
4. Build and maintain packaging and deployment processes (scripts, automation, documentation)
5. Support migration initiatives and lifecycle management in collaboration with external vendors
6. Participate in master image integration, testing, and homologation
7. Develop custom scripts and APIs to optimize operational efficiency

Technical Environment

• Operating Systems & Workplace: Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell
• Identity & Security: Active Directory, strong authentication, encryption solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and Active Directory management
• Proven background in system administration, with experience in cloud workplace integration
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business Owners to understand functional requirements
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects in parallel

• Hybrid setup with 2-3 days on-site per week
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
