COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm in Montreal, seeks a Product Manager with deep capital markets experience to guide technology solutions for derivatives and fixed income. You will own roadmaps, work with traders, analysts and governance bodies, and ensure value-focused delivery in an agile environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage trade-offs across timelines, budgets and risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets at a large financial institution as a business analyst or product manager on technology solutions related to derivatives, fixed income, equities or financing.
• Fluent in French and English for daily tasks.
• Experience with pricing curves, market data and trading workflows.

Responsabilités

• Represent the voice of internal clients to understand needs, objectives and priorities.
• Define positioning, planning, implementation and backlog prioritization for initiatives.
• Develop and monitor the product roadmap, risks, issues and budget.
• Clarify and document business needs, target processes and operating models.
• Guide analysts in delivering requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and value delivered.
• Ensure alignment between support, maintenance and project activities.
• Collaborate on business acceptance tests and validation with users.
• Reduce ambiguity of requests and ensure measurable value with every delivery.
