Inner Circle Agency Inc. is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business and expand the customer base across North America from our Montreal area base.

This hands-on role starts with prospecting, developing, and closing accounts while building a scalable sales process and robust pipeline. You will report to ownership, thrive in a manufacturing environment, and recruit and lead a growing sales team as the function scales.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.

• Identify and win new business across North American markets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outbound activities and events.
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing.
