Inner Circle Agency Inc. is recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturer in the flexible plastics and packaging industry, serving customers across Canada and the United States.

We are seeking a driven Sales Director to grow new business North America, personally prospect, close accounts, and later build a scalable sales team with a strong emphasis on service, lead times, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of personally winning new business.
• Hands-on prospecting and account acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial B2B, packaging, distribution, or related environment.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Montreal and legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business across construction, building supplies, industrial, packaging, and related markets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through cold outreach, networking, site visits, and industry events.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Manage sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasting through CRM.
• Develop commercially sound pricing strategies in a competitive, price-sensitive market.
• Work closely with production to ensure new business aligns with manufacturing capabilities and customer requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and lead additional sales team members as the function expands.
