Job summary

Inner Circle Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive new business development across North America and expand the customer base for a privately owned plastics and packaging manufacturer.

This hands-on role starts with prospecting, developing, and closing accounts while building a scalable sales process. You will manage your own pipeline and targets and eventually lead a sales team as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Recent, hands-on prospecting and account acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial B2B, packaging, distribution, or related environment.
• Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle and build a pipeline from the ground up.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Montreal and legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business across North America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers via cold outreach and events.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with production to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Recruit, develop, and lead additional sales team members as needed.
