Job summary

Oxfam Canada is seeking a Fund Development Officer, Monthly Giving (Acquisition) to join our Fund Development team in Canada. You will drive monthly donor acquisition, retention and revenue growth, focusing on Shareplan and the donor experience through the first year.

Reporting to the Manager, Monthly Giving, you will coordinate campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality stewardship materials and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years donor service or engagement experience.
• Experience with Face-to-Face and Telemarketing campaigns.
• Fluency in English; French/Spanish is an asset.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and data reporting.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Face-to-Face and Telemarketing campaigns under the Manager, Monthly Giving.
• Plan and deliver annual acquisition and retention strategy for monthly donors.
• Collaborate with vendors and Frontliners to support campaigns.
• Ensure monthly giving materials and welcome packs are produced.
• Monitor donor stewardship touchpoints and improve the donor experience.
• Track KPIs and report monthly donor program performance to stakeholders.
