Qualifications

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing Montessori programs.
• Support the Montessori environment and practical life vocabulary.
• Guide children in developing independence through practical life activities.
• Engage learners with Montessori materials and activities.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Communicate with parents about progress and routines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing Montessori programs that promote development per Montessori philosophy.
• Assist in creating an inspiring Montessori environment across practical life, sensorial, language, biology, math, and geography areas.
• Guide children toward independence through practical life activities and self-help skills.
• Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
• Observe, monitor, and document developmental progress and discuss with the Lead Teacher.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with parents about routines, progress, and classroom activities.
