Montana's is hiring an Expeditor at our Fort McMurray location to help move plates from the kitchen to the dining room efficiently. You will monitor orders, finalize plating and ensure presentation meets standards.

You will communicate guest modifications and allergies clearly to the kitchen team, maintain a clean expediting area, and assist with light prep as needed to support the team and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with food prep is required.
• Food handling training and certifications are preferred.
• Clear and concise communicator with good listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen/expediting area.
• Remain calm and focused under pressure during busy service.
• Attention to detail in plating and presentation is essential.
• Self-motivated, assertive team player with a guest-service focus.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent dining experiences.

Overview

As an Expeditor, you will facilitate the outward flow of food from a restaurant kitchen to the dining room. Your duties include monitoring the status of orders, finishing the plating and presentation of dishes and following health and sanitation standards.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Ensure every dish is accurate, complete, and plated to standard
• Add final garnishes with consistency and attention to detail
