Responsibilities

As a Monitoring Station Specialist, you will monitor all alarm events for customers and respond with the appropriate action. You will handle burglary, fire, panic, or medical alarms, communicate with customers, security guards and emergency response teams to dispatch the correct assistance, and offer additional value‑added services to enhance safety.

What’s in it for you?

Our Monitoring Station operates 7 days a week with flexible shifts: 7 days on/7 days off, 5 days on/2 days off, or 4 days on/3 days off, including daytime, evenings, overnight, and weekends. Shift premiums are available. This full‑time role guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with overtime as needed. After 6 months you may be eligible to work from home; in‑office presence will be required periodically. We offer a competitive compensation package, starting salary of $22.00 per hour, performance‑based annual bonus, and access to virtual learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning. You will receive 2–3 weeks of full‑time paid training.
