Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist for a fully remote role focused on assessing the effectiveness and impact of diverse initiatives. • Minimum 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the non-profit or international development sector.
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, Excel).
• Experience in designing and implementing M&E plans and frameworks.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
