Kelly is hiring Mongolian Medical Interpreters for current openings to support critical communication needs across Canada via Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services.

As an interpreter supporting healthcare providers and public services, you may encounter sensitive or distressing topics. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity, with structured training and a flexible remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mongolian and English (speaking, reading, listening, and comprehension).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age, reside in Ontario, and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using technology and web-based communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation between Mongolian and English speakers using OPI and VRI platforms.
• Facilitate communication in healthcare, insurance, legal, financial, emergency services and public service settings.

Mongolian Medical Interpreter (Remote in Ontario, Canada)

We are hiring Mongolian Medical Interpreters for current openings to support critical communication needs across Canada via Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services.

As an interpreter supporting healthcare providers, emergency services, insurance organizations, financial institutions, legal services, and public service agencies, you may be assigned calls involving sensitive, emotional, or potentially distressing subject matters, such as medical emergencies, violence, or other critical situations.

Due to the nature of this role, some calls may require extended engagement or occur during periods of high call volume. Interpreters are expected to maintain professionalism, composure, accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity at all times while adhering to company standards and ethical guidelines.
