Job summary

Soucy is seeking a Foundry Operator to join its team in Drummondville, Canada. You will participate in casting production, grinding finished castings and preparing molds, and you will feed materials to furnaces and pour liquid cast iron into molds. The role emphasizes quality checks and adherence to instructions.

This permanent full-time position offers evening or night shifts (5x8h) with shift premiums. Compensation starts at $29.16/hour on hire and rises to $32.70/hour after one year, plus
