AAA Canada is seeking a Modernization Manager to oversee campaigns from planning through implementation at our Mirabel site. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and deliverables for major aeronautics projects and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk assessment, and coordination with program managers to drive successful modernization initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs, plan, implement, and complete campaigns within budget and timeframe.
• Identify potential risks and mitigation options for program managers.
• Manage upgrade campaigns to align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define and negotiate priorities for upgrades.
• Launch crisis management measures when needed.
• Ensure the contractual framework for upgrades.

• Estimate costs, plan, implement, and successfully complete the campaign within the agreed budget and timeframe when a new campaign is proposed.
• Identify potential risks and mitigation options, and properly inform program managers.
• Manage upgrade campaigns in accordance with company objectives and ensure that any safety-related upgrade complies with regulatory requirements.
• Define and negotiate priorities.
• Launch crisis management measures on demand if necessary.
• Ensure the contractual framework for upgrades.
