Job summary

Motion is seeking a compassionate Service Technician to diagnose and repair wheelchair and mobility equipment, travel to clients’ homes and community facilities, and provide an excellent customer experience across Ontario.

You will be trained on the tools and equipment, work with clients to understand issues, and support a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts and frequent travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Technical experience with repairing mobility equipment and servicing devices.
• Strong empathy and ability to interact respectfully with clients.
• Must-have: valid G-class driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel regionally; background check and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair wheelchairs and mobility equipment; troubleshoot batteries and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional Motion customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Be flexible and mobile, working 8-hour shifts and traveling to clients’ homes and facilities.
