Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Field Specialist in Canada to be the face of our online car marketplace. You’ll pick up and deliver vehicles, ensuring a safe, friendly experience for every customer.

Based in Alberta, you’ll drive a flatbed truck, inspect vehicles for quality, complete paperwork, and keep detailed notes in our tracking system, while collaborating with the team during a period of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience transporting vehicles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable driving longer distances.
• Automotive experience and passion for cars.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address issues at touchpoints.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues; identify potential problems.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Support team members as needed.
