Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist in British Columbia. You will safely operate a flatbed truck to deliver vehicles to customers’ doors, while delivering outstanding service and resolving issues on the spot.

You will inspect cars for cosmetic and mechanical concerns, complete required paperwork, and maintain detailed notes in our system. A Class 5 BC license, 3 years driving history, and 2+ years in customer-facing roles are essential for this fast-paced, field-based position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience transporting vehicles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Class 5 BC license required.
• 3 years of clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum 40 hours per week with a 4 weekday + 1 weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer vehicles safely using a flatbed truck to front doors across the area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company positively at all touchpoints.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues and note any concerns.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.

About The Role

We are on a mission to build a world‑class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to be the face of our company! Since our entire car‑buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience in this dynamic customer and transportation role.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Responsible for safely operating a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them directly to their front door across the area
• A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills, where you’ll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.
• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• 1+ years experience transporting vehicle
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience
• Comfortable driving longer distances.
• Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• License: A class 5 License (valid in BC)
• Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. There is a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule

• Salary range: $24 per hour
