Mobile Site Manager

The Mobile Site Manager will be responsible for managing multiple service sites across a specific region, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and safety compliance. This role requires extensive travel to various sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Safety and Compliance: Implement safety practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
2. Operational Effectiveness: Promote a culture of safety, organization, and continuous improvement; communicate changes effectively.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and develop Service Technicians, ensuring safety training and certifications are up to date; build internal and external partnerships.
4. Customer Relations: Engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
5. Financial Management: Oversee site budgets, costs, and revenues; maintain accurate data in systems like Salesforce and SAP.
6. Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement improvement plans, including LEAN practices.
7. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to technicians for diagnosing and resolving issues, and improve work instructions.
8. Travel Requirements: This role involves 100% travel within your region and occasionally to other regions based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
• Experience in P&L management
• Experience managing safety programs
• Strong computer skills and internet navigation

Physical Demands:
