Job summary

Best Buy in Calgary is seeking a Mobile Sales Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a busy retail environment. You will coach a group of sales advisors and ensure outstanding customer experiences while hitting sales goals.

You’ll monitor store performance, manage expenses, and foster an inclusive, fun culture with flexible schedules and strong leadership support. This role offers growth through training and certifications within a tech-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.

• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
