Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking a Mobile Electrical Technician to support SETL - South East Trains Limited Railway Contract across London, Kent, and surrounding areas. You’ll carry out electrical maintenance and PPM tasks in train stations, with a company van provided and occasional work in Sussex.

You must hold an electrical apprenticeship and City & Guilds 236/238, 18th Edition; PTS and IOSH qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Electrical Apprenticeship is required where applicable; formal electrical qualifications listed above.
• City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition essential, 2391 desirable.
• PTS desirable, not essential.
• IOSH Working/Managing Safely desirable.
• PTW/RAMS/Safe System of Work procedures desirable.
• L8 Training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with method statements, risk assessments, and safety legislation.
• Deliver exceptional service by completing PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual SLAs.
• Maintain high standards across premises through proactive service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and representatives through outstanding customer service.
• Keep site documentation up to date for audits.
• Utilise CAFM system to provide accurate service information.
• Demonstrate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe work delivery.
• Carry out Electrical Maintenance and Installation work per industry standards.
