GardaWorld in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Mobile Patrol Security Guard to perform mobile and foot patrols across condominiums, commercial properties, and malls while delivering strong customer service and thorough reporting. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and incident response across multiple environments.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.65 plus comprehensive benefits. It’s a permanent role with Sunday 15:30–23:30 and Tuesday/Wednesday 10:00–18:00 shifts.

Formación

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a Manitoba security license.
• First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

As a Mobile Patrol Security Guard , there is a high focus on scheduled Patrols , excellent reporting and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a variety of environments.

Qualifications for Mobile Patrol Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problems solving skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving
• Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
• Professional demeanor and customer service focused
• Experience with using technology based systems
