GardaWorld in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a Commercial Security Guard to deter crime, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents using a G-Track device and reporting tools. The role features a permanent schedule of Thursdays and Fridays 10:00–14:00 and includes GardaWorld Academy training, with opportunities for career growth and a provided uniform.

• Respond to emergencies including fires, medical incidents, and security breaches.
• Follow all site-specific security procedures and protocols.
• Utilize technology effectively, including tracking systems and reporting tools.

As a Commercial Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as security operation centres , call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.
