Job Description
CUSTOMER
  • Identify client goals, potential barriers, provide recommendations, and manage ongoing relationships/portfolios.
  • Refer clients to Partners across Wealth, Retail, Small Business Banking, and Commercial sectors.
  • Review clients’ financial situations regularly, offering financial planning expertise and ongoing services.
  • Create a positive customer experience at every interaction, engaging in sales, service, and informational conversations.
  • Provide sound advice and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
  • Support ONE TD by referring customers to internal partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, mortgage lending industry, and economic trends.
  • Stay informed about TD mortgage products and industry standards.
  • Handle customer issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Build sales and credit knowledge, partnering effectively within TD’s culture.
  • Work closely with District Managers on sales calls and coaching sessions.
SHAREHOLDER
  • Contribute to sales and business development by meeting or exceeding monthly mortgage sales targets.
  • Promote TD’s image through community involvement and networking.
  • Support compliant reporting and process development, adhering to guidelines and regulations.
  • Understand market and industry dynamics to provide value-added insights and mitigate risks.
  • Manage confidential information discreetly.
  • Identify and escalate risks and non-standard activities.
  • Monitor service quality and implement process improvements.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and complete required training.

Experience And / Or Education
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing sales or relationship experience.
