Job Description

CUSTOMER

  • Identify client financial goals, potential barriers, provide recommendations, and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Refer clients to Partners across Wealth, Retail, Small Business Banking, and Commercial.
  • Review clients’ financial circumstances regularly, offering financial planning and ongoing services.
  • Create a positive customer experience and engage customers in sales, service, and informational conversations.
  • Provide sound advice and contribute to improving the customer experience.
  • Support ONE TD by referring customers to internal partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, mortgage products, and economic trends.
  • Proactively update expertise on TD mortgage products and industry standards.
  • Handle customer issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Build sales and credit knowledge, working effectively within TD’s culture.
  • Collaborate with District Managers for sales calls and coaching.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for mortgage products and services.
  • Promote TD’s image through community involvement and networking.
  • Support compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Provide value-added reporting and analysis while mitigating risks.
