Qualifications

• Certified tradesperson with heavy equipment expertise.
• 7+ years mobile maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for mobile equipment.
• Monitor compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
• Ensure safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Lead pre-shift safety meetings and inspections.
• Assign tasks based on skills and priorities.
• Report incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain shift activity records and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with planners and engineers on work orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
