Job summary

PhysioCare At Home is hiring a Mobile Kinesiologist to provide in-home care for older adults across Halifax and surrounding areas. You will conduct assessments and implement mobility programs, while enjoying a flexible, self-directed schedule and full administrative support.

As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will educate clients, document care, and help with fall prevention and healthy aging, all while focusing on client independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Degree in Kinesiology or related field.
• Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) in Nova Scotia, or eligible for registration.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home kinesiology assessments and exercise sessions.
• Develop individualized mobility, strength, balance, and wellness programs.
• Support fall prevention, functional mobility, and healthy aging.
• Educate clients and caregivers on safe movement and exercise strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document care.
