Job summary

OnSite Rentals is seeking a Mobile Field Technician to service a regional territory around Toronto. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of rental equipment in real-world conditions, both on-site at customer locations and at rental centres, while maintaining fleet readiness and safety standards.

You’ll work independently, coordinating with centers and customers to minimize downtime. The role offers overtime eligibility, a company service vehicle, and hands-on OEM and technical training to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on equipment repair experience in rental, construction, agriculture, or heavy trades environments.
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience with compact construction equipment such as mini-excavators, skid steers, trenchers, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain the fleet across a regional territory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Complete accurate work orders and documentation using the company platform.
• Respond to emergency service calls with urgency and professionalism.
• On-site repairs at customer job sites to minimize downtime.
